Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Please allow five (5) business days for refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the shipping invoice and an RMA number. Products must be new and unused and include all original packaging and instructions. To obtain an RMA number, please call 904-483-3873.
